A stock turbo FBO+meth car will start to taper power down before 6k rpm no matter how long a pull is or how much meth you have. If you have a dyno showing otherwise I'd love to see it. The other reason has to do with less knock prone tuning at the same boost levels allowing for more timing on RBs as they're more efficient than stockers (at same boost+same timing you'll have lower EGTs, lower IATs, higher volume of oxygen going into the motor, ~40whp more peak over stockers and considerably more as it approaches 7k rpm). These are the reasons why I am confident RBs are well worth it over the stock turbos on pump gas if you have the money to spend.

There's no question the RBs are much more efficient than stock turbos, especially up top. But as I said, you're still not taking into consideration the effects of IAT creep on a pump-gas-only car vs one running meth. On long sustained runs (e.g. 60-130, highway rolls) the pump gas car will start becoming much less efficient than the stock turbo car running meth.
@LostMarine didn't you do pump gas testing with CPS at Atco when you had your N54? IIRC, you trapped around 117 no?
