    B5 S4 Hillclimb

Here is a cool B5 S4 hill-climb video. Stock internals, 376whp and 3170lbs. Using Motec engine management. He was supposed to run again in 2010 with some more upgrades and power, but I can't find anything else at the moment

    Here you go:

Hmm, not too sure, but those numbers look attainable on stock turbos. The Z32 300zx has stock turbos of nearly the same size, and is a V6 with only 300cc more displacement, DOHC, the S4 has a bit higher compression ratio but it's almost the same motor, and the stock turbo 300zx has hit the record of 520whp with water/meth injection, so 376whp though stock turbos on the S4 sounds resonable.

If they are after-market they must be fairly small because it spools very quick!

Later I will try to email the guy and see if he has any more recent videos and get more details.

I thought they were two K04s stock? Are they K03s? I know the B5 A4 uses one K04, because the Jetta guys would upgrade to it, they came stock with K03s.

I personally would not take the time to upgrade from a K03 to a K04. There are many better choices, and you wouldn't gain that much.

    They are k03's stock.

The K04 cars run some good times. Yes, they are much better upgrade options out there now and the k04 is not as popular as it once was.

k03s come stock on the s4 and you can push them to 300whp on a set in good condition. k04s spool very quick as well. the only question i have is why does it sound like the car has bovs when audis use dvs, they could be splitter dvs like forge makes but on a performance car why would you use splitter valves?

k04s used to be and still are a very big upgrade for the b5 s4. k04 cars usually put down anywhere from 400awhp to 440awhp, on meth maybe a little more.

Cool vid! I always enjoy watching a good hill climb clip. Reminds me of the spectre 341 runs.

Mustang gt making about 440 to the wheels:
