Also I'm only about 120m above sea level, if that matters

Going from MHD Stage 2+ 95RON to RFP Stage 2 95RON, YES i notice a huge improvement.
MHD’s map wasn’t really smooth for me, i had boost oscillation.
RFP’s map is smooth and has more torque in the midrange.
Obviously every car is different, so it could be a bit different on your car.
but the RFP S2 is 100% faster than MHD S2+.

Awesome, thanks for the reply, I'll wait for Dean on the M Boost option, but will probably try out 2 anyways in the meantime

Those dyno sheets 4 posts above are not really that good are they. Those are European (France) dyno sheets (I have them also) so that's 392-395crank hp vs MHD's 402hp... Also the torque curve isn't good either if you ask me. The MHD curve seems better for me, earlier torque and holding longer overall plus higher peak HP... Not hating, just saying...

Well, this is probably a perfect example of why numbers on paper and real life don’t always match in terms of ‘feel’.
The MHD map was not smooth at all for me, really agressive and had boost issues, the RFP map is faster and smoother.
I also didn’t expect this, but was willing to give it a shot and i’m superhappy with it.

Also, the HP line is flatter on the RFP map, which translates to linear acceleration (also taking shifts into account).
If shifting to a higher gear, you need more torque to keep accelerating at the same pace.
Having a flat HP curve gives this character and i like it, but it’s personal preference though..

If you’re looking for a flat torque curve (more N/A feel), this is not the map for you.

Would be interested to see the dyno of the stage 3 v9. I would imagine that the torque curve would be shifted left a bit due to the increased flow from the inlets.

Its not crank. Calibrated to whp BTW.
Tested stateside and numbers are similar

The two dyno sheets from Sportech Performance you've posted here yesterday are from a French company and I know those Soft-Engine dyno's (been on one myself) and they will give you crank HP (max CV with DIN correction) on the dynopaper not whp. So your map on 98Ron is 392hp and MHD is 402hp with MHD having a much better torque curve IMO.

A "feeling" does not prove anything. Flat, high and consistent torque curve is always better I think. Can you post a datazap link here so I can compare and maybe try the OTS map?

It does prove everything for me!
A ‘nice’ torque curve that drives like crap in the real world is something i wouldn’t want.
I want a flat HP curve and torque that’s smooth and not peaky.
This car is my daily after all, but to each their own i guess, i don’t have to convince you.

I will make a log when i have the time.
Just try it out, if you’re curious.
You have nothing to lose and i think you’ll like it..

I just want to try stage 3 since MHD doesn't utilize my inlets

Good point, since my only option with inlets was a custom tune!
I think meth is also very helpful at this point ;-)

I am going to be updating maps to V10 version soon. There is a tad too much base for Stage 2 and 3 between MAF 120-270 for those at sea level. Its quiet awesome to see stock turbos hit over 400 MAF in some cases
