Quick updates:
INSTALL: I dropped the car off at SSR Performance monday~10am, and received it back thurs ~10am.
I cant clarify enough how pleasant the experience was. Istayed in communication with Shah, (I assume he's the owner), via text andeverything went smoothly. Unfortunately I wasnt able to met him due to hisparticipation at SEMA, but did talk with Zayn who handled my concerns with professionalism.
The shop tech Isaiah even provided a battery charger whilst Iloaded the custom map (took nearly an hour due to initial write failure)
Everyone I met was super chill, and based on my experience, I recommend SSR to anyone in the area.

TUNE provided by Justin at Twisted Tuning:
I babied the car but did experience a hiccup on the way home. As Im cruising ~85 in 6th I went to pass slower traffic, gave it 3/4 throttle and was welcomed with a tremendous "pop" like the damn engine went out. Engine malfunction light came on and the power dropped dramatically. I checked the codes in a nearby gas station and saw:
2ABC - DME: Boost-Pressure sensor, electric
3100 - DME: Boost-pressure control, deactivation
The warnings disappeared upon restart, and I went on my way uncertain if anything was wrong.
After babying it home, I tried testing it the next day with the datalogger and it looks like the tune is targeting way over 21.5 PSI. Just like before, BAM, a huge noise and no power until restarted. The last reading from MHD showed 21.5 PSI.
From what I read online, the TMAP sensor isnt able to handle much more than 21 PSI so Im *assuming* I need a 3.5bar TMAP and theres nothing wrong with the install or the tune. Ive since ordered the sensor along with a harness from Burger Motorsports. Should arrive next week and I can resume.
Now, it may be my fault for not having the upgraded sensor installed, but shouldnt a "safety/base" tune target a lot lower than that? I dont even know what a stock fueling system can run on 91 and was planning on starting a lot lower and working up to big pressures.
Nevertheless, the engine feels wonderful. Smooth beyond my dreams and even running less than 1/2 throttle, it feels like a hydrogen bomb under the hood.
