So just an update, i finally got some more time to look the car over since I didn't bother get it towed to the shop. I went to bypass the starter like the lncgmz and the starter didn't turn the engine over it just spun freely. I had a spare starter and swapped it out and it started right up. What's odd is the starter was less than a month old. I did take the cas apart and checked the circuit board and it was clean without issues, even the wires looked good. Another code usually comes up when the starter is bad, and since the starter was new and that code wasn't present had me on a wild goose chase.

I took some pictures of how it's wired up since I was in the middle of installing PI. I'll try to post the pics here. Sorry if they're too big. Idk how to work this thing. Someone feel free to delete and repost the appropriate size of my photos
