COBB Tuning updates their Stage 1, 1+, 2, and 3 Nissan GT-R packages with updated OTS Accessport tunes

Cobb has a robust offering for various platforms but the Nissan GT-R in particular gets a lot of love. They updated their OTS offering with an updated version of their software for Stage 1, Stage 1+, Stage 2, and Stage 3 VR38DETT tuning packages.

Off The Shelf (OTS) maps previously available only in Beta form are now fully released as version 7.01. Each dyno chart below shows the difference between stock (green), the prior v6.00 OTS map (blue), and the new v7.01 map (red). Note the modification requirements have changed for the Stage 2 and 3 maps. New Power Packages are available to correspond with the new requirements.

Let's go over the packages:

Stage 1 + Big SF

• Intake Requirements: COBB Tuning Big SF Intake System
• Exhaust Requirements: Stock exhaust or upgraded cat-back exhaust

Stage 2

• Intake Requirements: COBB Tuning Big SF Intake System
• Exhaust Requirements: COBB Tuning Y-Pipe

Stage 3

• Intake Requirements: COBB Tuning Big SF Intake System
• Exhaust Requirements: COBB Tuning Downpipes, COBB Tuning Y-Pipe, upgraded cat-back exhaust
• Fuel System Requirements: COBB 1000cc Injectors, upgraded fuel pumps
• Intercooler Requirements: Alpha Performance front mount intercooler or similar high performance intercooler

Cobb is able to provide another 100+ awhp and 160+ lb-ft of torque at the wheels with just bolt ons and OTS maps.

Everyone already knows the GT-R responds well to tuning. Cobb just makes it even more convenient to do so.
