M2 PURE Stage2 Turbo Upgrade - Now Available!

    Hey guys,

The M2 PURE Stage2 Upgrade is Now Available!!!

The M2 is very similar to the non-M N55 turbos, but there is a few small changes. Our M2 turbo does run a different compressor wheel and a different DV+. More on that later.

The M2 is a blast to drive. The transmission is crisp and it handles phenomenally. It begs to be driven hard. With 500whp now on tap, it's tough to ask for anything more out of this little blue beast!

We had some fun testing on the dyno today! Brand new M2 with the following mods:

    -M2 PURE Stage2 Turbo Upgrade
    -M2 PURE HiFlow Inlet Pipe
    -BMS JB4 w/ EWG connector
    -BMS Intake kit
-Fuel-It New Low Profile Port Injection System
    -Fuel-It Stage2 LPFP
-Fuel-It Ethanol content sensor, with JB4 input!
    -Evolution Racewerks CP
    -Evolution Racewerks DP
    -Wagner FMIC
    -E47 Fuel (50/50 91oct/e85)

Over 500 wheel horsepower available for the BMW F87 M2 thanks to Pure Turbos and their N55B30T0 Stage 2 turbocharger upgrade

That did not take long at all, now did it? The BMW F87 M2 is already making over 500 horsepower at the rear wheels thanks to Pure Turbos Stage 2 N55B30T0 turbo upgrade. They hit a peak of 543 horsepower at the rear wheels on a Dynojet which is phenomenal power.

Especially when you consider that the car makes 330 rear wheel horsepower stock and 394 rear wheel horsepower tuned. The car is begging for a turbo upgrade.

Another benefit is that the turbo upgrade augments the ugly factory torque curve as power rises past 5000 rpm rather than dropping off meaning a better powerband especially for a car that will see the track (or highway). It's a much stronger top end curve.

More details from Pure Turbos below.

Curious what this car would run the the 1/4 . I threw the info in a 1/4 mile calculator just for fun

Your ET / MPH computed from your vehicle weight of 3510 pounds and HP of 543 is
10.85 seconds and MPH of 124.55 MPH.

Won't be a problem hitting that MPH. It's the ET.

With traction and a DCT... well within reason.

Assuming the different compressor wheel is better/can physically flow more over the normal n55 PS2 I wonder if this could be an option for non M EWG n55 guys......I suppose the same restrictions in the actual manifold itself would still apply however.

Is this Manual or DCT, how is the clutch/DCT holding up?
    Stock flash?

DCT, we can get it to slip if we bring low-midrange boost in hard. Big wtq makes it slip. Seems good if we taper it up smooth to redline.

And it's probably nicer to drive with the more linear torque curve. So it's on the stock flash?

I'm curious how much torque the manual clutch holds. If it's the M4 gearbox then you would assume it's the same clutch which seems to hold whatever you can throw at it.
