    HPFP Tease

Figured with all the fuel talk I would give you guys a little tease of what we have coming up.. The picture should speak for itself on what we are running. This is the main part of the kit, but it of course comes with everything needed to make it a plug and play system(keep in mind this is the prototype, the final product very well have some design changes). Sticky will be making the full announcement soon. I included one log, this is on 100% E85, semi aggressive stage 2 tune 22 psi peak, OTS AFRs are being requested as we wanted to test with as much demand on the fuel system as we could, no other fuel is added, Walbro 450 in bucket, to Walbro 450 inline on the LPFP side. More info will be released when we feel its ready, please keep the questions to a minimum as we are not prepared to release anymore info than this right now.

The little dip at the beginning is by design of how we are having the system come in, the lowest that drop goes is still over 2200 PSI

God bless.... If you don't mind commenting, how long have you been running the prototype and has it been "headache" free (no fault codes, long cranks, funky logs, etc)

I believe this will be added in addition to the factory pump, looks to be driven by the accessories belt rather than timing chain like the current factory pump. Likely a bracket that holds this thing in place like the other accessories on the engine - alt, power steering etc.

This was simply a small teaser of what we have coming. All questions will be answered when we do a full product announcement. Thanks!

Nice looking setup. I can't wait for this to hit the shelves...I'd much prefer this method vs supplemental pfi setup.

Looks like a parallel high pressure pump added that is belt driven and tees in to the existing high pressure line. Sweet! Click here to enlarge

On pump only you should be fine as you wont get near the WHP range needed to upgrade your HPFP. BUT some cars are different and we have seen some pumps hold up fine and some start diving even on gasoline.

My HPFP gets got so hard on spool…I’ve seen it drop below 1K PSI on E70, which is lame. It’s about 2K miles old too, so basically brand new.

    Moar details naowwwwww.

    I have a dream of some legend running a 800WHP N54 by Summer’s end.

Just like the diesels do, been thinking this was the way to go for awhile, just had no resources to do it. This is also why I figured Tony would be the first to have a real solution, he's a diesel guy.

Stock injector flow numbers have been posted many times over. I forgot the exact specs but last time I looked I remember it being somewhere around 2000 cc/min or something ridiculously high. The injectors are not an issue at this point in time.
