I'm jealous...I wish they would release one for the F30 chassis, but it seems like they are being pretty selective.
Would you mind sharing with everyone here what you like about the Ohlins the most? And compare them to any previous suspension setups you have ran?

I can't comment to much since this is the first / only coil over system I've bought for the e9x platform(my old 335 and now m3). I can tell you the oem feeling is still there but much sharper. Ohlins have a smooth rebound to them so there is no bouncy feeling or harsh ride like I felt with bilstiens on my old e36. It's definitely harsher than stock but they are so dialed in....the car handles so well it's a night and day feeling. I can't wait for warmer temps so I can test the limits of the car.

I just slapped a set of these on my e92 335i and would have to concur about the reduction in " bounciness" from the stock zsp suspension. Actually before I got them I had installed the BMW Performance Suspension kit and I didn't like it exactly because of the bounciness......I was driving down a normal road at one point with the BMW PS kit installed and reached for the radio volume knob and my hand was moving around so much from the suspension bouncing around that I couldn't grab the radio knob.....The Ohlins kit definitely helps in this regard, much smoother I would say. I'm still experimenting with the adjustment settings, I think it came set 7 clicks from full hard which was a bit too stiff for me. The literature actually recommends 10 clicks which is where I have them know and will probably keep them. Might try a little softer to see what that's like but they seem pretty nice now.....I did do the M3 rear subframe bushings at the same time as the Ohlins and am still considering getting at least the front M3 control arms and maybe the rears to try and tighten things up a bit more. I kept the BMW PS kit front sway bar also which i'm running now and the turn in is pretty good but, and it may just be my imagination or faulty memory, but it seems like turn in was slightly better/sharper with the full BMW PS kit.....maybe not, it's still good with the Ohlins. Overall satisfied with the Ohlins. One more example of the Ohlins superiority and a test I did to compare them with the BMW PS kit was a long sweeping bend with a good size bump in the middle of it that I take at about 80mph on my favourite road. When I hit this bump mid bend with the bmw ps kit on my car, i was literally almost thrown out of my seat and would have been if not for the seat belt holding me down. When I hit the same bump at same speed now the the Ohlins, it's drastically better, you feel the bump of course but it's nowhere near as bad and I don't feel like i'm being thrown in the air so to speak.....the Ohlins just kind of handle the bump without too much drama....and that's what I was looking for.

^thanx for the writeup.
I' m serously considering this upgrade when my PS set wears out some more.
Just curious to know if there is a difference between the E92 M100 set and the E82 M100 set. There are two theories to arguing with women. Neither one works
