Been street tuning and fixing up little things on the car as time permits. Will get it on the dyno this week though for some lower boost tuning. Then I get to work on the trans build.

Pulled the rear seats, seat belts, covers, and cleaned up the trunk area this weekend. Saved around 50# back there vs. how I had it previously. The battery has been in there for a few months but was mounted with the ugly red distribution block so deleted that as well. I'll pull the rest of that matted insulation soon and maybe make a nice black carpet covered cardboard block off plate so you can't see the trunk unless it's open.

Busy making little JB4 ST firmware refinements.

    1) I've changed map 0, map 4, and map 8 on the ST firmware to run at the wastegate spring. Log of map 4 below. We'll reclaim map 8 for a second more aggressive race map most likely.
    2) Removed the oil temperature protection. Since we can't control boost below the wastegate spring setting it doesn't really apply anyway. Just control boost with your foot.
    3) Revised the JB4 internal partial throttle boost targets to minimize time spent at targets below the wastegate spring.
    4) I've noticed this twin scroll setup is very tight with regard to PWM control. A tiny amount of duty cycle input makes a larger change. While our 6466 requires a large duty cycle change for a similar response. So I'm in the process of making this a new user adjustable variable. This new variable will be placed under default wastegate position (which no longer applies to a ST) and will need to be set/dialed in for the particular turbo/wastegate being used. Based on the turbo/setup I can suggest a default setting.

Also, attempted to log a 3-4 on map 2 which is 17psi. Forgot I had put a new OEM fuel pump in the car months ago and never added back the inline booster. It's safe to say the OEM pump can't be used with a single turbo even on pump gas... Click here to enlarge

This is awesome Terry! Couldn't be happier with the way things are progressing on the ST front. The more user adjustments to easily fine tune for specific turbo/wastegate setup is perfect!

BTW: What wastegate(s) are you running? I'll be using a single 44mm MVR Tial myself.
