Req for details on Procede's PWM Meth injection

    Hey all,
Looking for someone to provide at best some details around pin-out for the procede to integrate w/ pump or at least some high quality pics of both ends of the connectors / relay & related wiring.

There's also a hobbs switch, does anyone know what PSI it activates at? Or have a P/N for it?

    Thanks!

Going off memory here, but the pump is permanenet grounded and the positive is relayed from a hot distribution block near the CP. The hobbs switch activates at 5psi (set by vishnu) and is adjustable. The hobbs switch switches the relay for the hot wire for the pump at 5psi. This next part is fuzzy, but I think the FAV and flow meter grounds near the CP, and hot wires goes to the pinouts of the procede. I don't have the pin numbers on me...check http://procedetuning.com/BMW/n54/met...all/index.html for the pinouts.

I agree. Very odd. Unrelatedly, anyone have the pulley to spider shaft tightening torque for a maytag MAH5500BWW?

600in•lbs. Try that and see if it works. I take no responsibility for sheared bolts. Haha

edit: although, if you give me the bolt size and thread count and material, I can give you it's max torque. Knowing that, you could appropriately torque down the bolt...assuming they actually calculated the size bolts they need for everything to provide enough torque and not waste money over doing it.

Repped. I was joking about the bolt, of course, but I do appreciate your willingness to help, which is what this forum is about. Click here to enlarge

This isn't a question that Vishnu would answer.... (I did email them) @mycoupe @SCGT
They were willing to sell me a harness, though.

FWIW most companies don't really support you when you're reverse engineering a product that they sell.

Or when you own their componenets already, it would seem.

Because you get better support here for Vishnu products than you do from Vishnu themselves.

eh, I guess it just depends on how you ask? I've never had problems getting support or Shiv's personal cell. Always gotten a text back, or my call answered.
