ATR E85 Dyno results + stock intake versus DCI

All number uncorrected. Elevation of around 5200ft, temps in the low 70s in the building. Just installed NGK 5992s because I'd been getting some misses at high boost with the factory plugs even though they were only a few months old. Running 100% E85 and 16-17psi was too much for a 0.028" gap...had to gap down to 0.022" to make it go away. The standard correction factor for these conditions is about 20%, the shop normally uses 15% for turbo cars here.

Talk about elevation effects... But not bad gains nonetheless.

Thanks for posting. Very good results and logs look good. You might be able to run a bit more WGDC above 5500 RPM to squeeze out a some more boost, but not sure if your at the point of diminishing returns there. What mods do you have other than the DCI?

Good comparisson with the DCI. I have one on the way now. The difference is probably not as big at lower power levels though.

I usually do run more WGDC on top end and can reduce the difference between the boost target and actual boost by about 1psi, but I think I'm mostly just generating heat when I do that. So to try to heat soak the stock IC a little slower I ran the stock WGDC that day. I had no mods at all except the DCI. I've got a Helix sitting in the living room that will go in as soon as drag season is over next week and I get my fall oil change out of the way. I'm still on CPO so I've been taking my mods slow and trying to generate as much tuning data as I can on stock hardware.
