Cam only I've seen anywhere from 370-460 at the wheels depending on the cam. With heads usually 450ish with a mid size cam. The highest I've seen is 485whp with a heads and cam set up on pump gas. Stock bottom end. That car was tuned down here at Masport, and belonged to a guy named Eric who used to work there. He now owns Lashway Motorsports.

I ran a all motor- cams,full mods Ls1 02 Camaro SS 6spd. I got him by a car.
C63 Tuned Only 60-130 in 8.71

Seems about right for a medium sized cam only car. Any idea what gears he was running?
