oh, and DA from kestrel 4000 says +200 for first 2 runs, down to -200 for 3rd and about even for 4th run
vbox is reading +3mph in the 1/8 and -2mph in the 1/4, and ET is .1 slower, so tonight, Atco might be a "fast" track

Damn plugs...I'd suggest trying out the NGK 5992 mini plugs that I'm running now...gap them to 0.6mm (they come with 0.8mm gap and stock are 0.7mm)...should put less strain on the coils at high boost which should also prolong coil life over time and as they're 1 heat range colder they should allow for heat to escape from the cylinder faster/less chance of pre-ignition...cheap thing to try but obviously with some logging...
I've done more runs on these plugs gapped at 0.6mm and high boost with RB turbos than I think all runs put together on stock turbos...previous problems that ppl had with these plugs were IMO falsely attributed to plugs either due to an improper/large gap or other issues (hpfp/injectors), or in enrita's case due to a huge boost spike in high gear and low octane for extended runs such as airfield events
I won't go back to stock plugs that's for sure

Temps are in the high 50's low 60's. Not sure what the temps were the last time, but the OP's car hauls.

on good note +32mph on the back end with misfires aint too shabby
its good to know how my car performs in everyday trim- now just gotta prep for the private rentalLast edited by LostMarine; 11-08-2011 at 10:04 PM.

msifires are 99% probably due to plugs, i havent changed them in a while and idle is kinda rough.
for the private day? HELL YES ALL OUT!!!
another good note is the trans seems to be holding up perfectly

There's a private rental at MIR on 18 Nov. I guarantee it's the best prepped track you've ever seen. Come down.
