I just can't stomach you using pictures of my kit to promote ACF's work, after all the problems I encountered with his products. You pretty much left me no choice but to be more vocal about my own experience.
I understand where you are coming from, you're always more than welcome to post what you want. This kit was made with the precaution that things may not fit, as it was all custom to your needs. The downpipe not fitting offsets the dumpdubes as well so it's all together. The kit was QC too with the original PTE turbo you wanted in this picture we sent you. We cut the downpipe where I marked and worked up to the new EFR housing.

The only new variable in this is the ceramic coater where we can think of for the warping. This was the first time he used this coater because of the holidays and delay of your kit.

Wow, the guy says his kit doesn't fit and instead of helping him out he gets this? Maybe you should let ACF take over from here.

Payam, nothing bolt up like they are suppose to.

    Not the manifold
    Not the downpipe
    Not the wastegate recirc
    Nothing

It is pretty clear from the picture ACF made very little effort to QC the kit with EFR turbine housing.

Custom kit or not, this is unacceptable and should have never left the shop. This isn't just some clearance issue in the engine bay that one could and should expect with a custom build.

I am not gonna dive into how Anthony asked me to pay in advance and lied to me about the UPS shipping. My experience with ACF is far from professional after he got my money.

    @Payam@BMS this backfired a bit.

ACF does indeed do great work (for many customers in the industry people don't even realize) and you offer great support.

My advice would be to eat some crow on this one, contact @cloud9blue, and figure out how to come to a resolution.

Ask yourself if Terry would be happy with how you handled this if it was a BMS product in question.

However, I was the one doing the QC and working with Anthonys workers on YOUR kit to ensure it was PERFECT. Christian (his main fabricator) Made a jig off MY personal car to ensure the downpipe location will not be changed when re doing the upper portion for the EFR. I QC'd everything with Christian before things were sent out to for ceramic coating. After that, there is never a need to do QC. All coated parts are wrapped and put away so they do not get scratched. Your kit was a very custom and you did multiple changes along the way, Anthony did a lot of things for you IIRC. ]
I've read the post's between you and Cloud9Blue over this forum and another. I don't know Cloud and have zero skin in this game, but this is a little off-putting. Timeline of events from what I’ve read: he orders a kit with custom fabrication and makes changes along the way. Fabricator agrees to the changes and kit is completed. Then sent to a “new coater due to timing during the holidays” (your quote from another thread), at which point the kit is warped. QC was never performed again prior to shipment, only to find alignment issues during install. “The only variable I think is the coater…”.

    To break it down:
    1. Consumer orders kit with custom fab work - Vendor agrees
    2. Changes turbo which causes additional fab to be done (pays extra) - Vendor agrees
    3. Vendor sends out kit for coating; parts warp; QC not performed again; kit ships out
    4. Consumer installs kit to find alignment issues greater than disclaimer provided vendor; vendor blames it on warping from coating

At what point is this Clouds problem, aside from having his shop re-fabricate parts to make it work?

If you order anything from any reliable vendor/company in any industry, they warranty the product from manufactures defects - warping from YOUR coater absolutely qualifies. Now, if Cloud received a kit that was QC prior to shipment, took it to a coater of his choosing and parts became warped - thats his problem.
Maybe this isn’t an issue with the kit warping due to coating, but reading the threads and seeing pictures, it sure sounds like it. Either way, AC might want to take a look at customer service/support and throw Cloud a bone on this one.

Got nothing to hide, we use the highest quality stuff made from some of the best people in Socal. Unlike other vendors that buy manifolds from China and claim made in USA. HAHAHA $#@!ty crap I wouldn't put on my go cart.
