Third gen MKIII 8S Audi TT-RS ends production as 2022 model year

Sad? Perhaps. We have a new RS3 with the 2.5 TFSI drivetrain but the TT-RS is ending production. Will we see a next gen Audi TT? Most likely. The question is, what direction will Audi take it in?

Rumors are Audi will go electric for the TT which AudiBoost believes is a mitake. While inevitable, there is no reason to deprive US enthusiasts of a next generation TT-RS when the next generation Audi RS3 is already here.

We will see what happens.
