Well, cool to see what could have been, right? GM Design (General Motors Design Studio Social Media Account) posted this picture and not much else. It looks like the Camaro Z/28 they could build but decided not to.

Why? Because General Motors is nothing but a pile of letdowns with an occasional winner here and there. The Z/28 would be an incredible Shelby GT350 rival with the upcoming 5.5 liter 9000+ rpm flat-plane crank LT6 motor.

Talk about a rival for the Voodoo V8, eh?

GM did not build it though so no answer to Ford. Speaking of which, the LT5 motor would make a nice rival for the Predator V8 in the GT500, wouldn't it?

Well, GM did not build an LT5 powered Camaro either. That is the difference between the two. Ford does more than just tease awesome performance cars they can build on social media.
