A lightweight turbocharged all wheel drive and dual clutch truck from Hyundai? 2022 Hyundai Santa Cuz
The specs here sound like something you would get from Porsche, not Hyundai. In the truck scene BoostAddict can not think of a single pickup truck with a dual clutch transmission and when you get to SUV's it is pretty much the Porsche Macan, Audi RS Q3, and the 2021 Hyundai Santa Fe/Kia Sorento. That's it.
Hyundai seems to have a niche all to themselves here. The 2.5 liter turbocharged I4 is supposed to deliver 275 horsepower. In a crossover style truck that should weigh around 3500 pounds.
Oh, and how about a towing capacity of 5000 pounds? Yes, seriously.
So we have a truck here weighing 1000 pounds less than a 2-door Bronco that tows more than the Bronco? And it is lighter than a Ford Ranger while offering more power and all wheel drive? Plus the only vehicle in its segment with a dual clutch transmission?
We will have pricing details and more specs in the summer but Hyundai may have just hit a home run when nobody was looking.

That's actually really impressive. I wonder how the DCT will fair in a towing application? I also have to applaud the graphics on the digital dash, the different feeling they're able to create in normal vs sport is impressive.
