How well does a Bentley Continental GT V8 lap a circuit?

The Bentley Continental GT is not known for being nimble or much of a handler. It is a luxury barge but the V8 version does carry less weight and offer better weight distribution than its twelve cylinder counterpart.

Oddly enough at an early time in history Bentleys dominated road racing, namely at Le Mans. Bentley even won the race back in 2003 seven decades after their most recent previous win but they essentially were running a modified Audi with their name on it.

Regardless, Bentleys can handle well. Does the Continental GT V8? Not really. It does its best to hide its weight but it can not even keep up with modern performance SUV's which really says it all.
