GM Considering Silverado with LT4 V8? 2022 Silverado ZRX
It is nice to see the LT4 motor finding more homes. One area where GM has yet to utilize their beast of a V8 is in a truck. The hottest area in trucks right now is performance off-road trucks like the Ford Raptor and the upcoming Hellcat 707 horsepower V8 powered RAM Rebel TRX.
RAM will have the Ecoboost F-150 Raptor outgunned along with the Silverado ZRX with its LT4 but the Silverado may be a bit lighter.
Another powerful off-road truck will be great to see but is anyone ever going to produce a performance street truck again? An LT4 powered Silverado sounds awesome regardless.
