C8 Corvette production delayed until February 2020

The new Corvette has everyone excited but it seems GM will not be able to deliver the hot new product by the end of the year. The 2020 Corvette will instead officially debut in 2020 as production will take place in February.

What happened? Oh, a six week UAW strike. Chevrolet also needs to hire new employees and retool plants.

The C8 already encountered significant delays in 2018. Odd to see the new Corvette plagued by delay after delay.

GM confirmed the news of the delay today.

The c7 and c8 is why I have no desire to invest much more into my e92. I just installed a 6k ohlins suspension all things involved. My suspension costs more than most people's turbos. I would bet a c8 handles as well if not better.

    Why not both?
