    First DIY Saad Racing Stage 3 Turbo Install

    All the work was done by myself in my garage with the car up on jack stands to install the Saad Racing Stage 3. The kit came from J.R at Redline Speed Worx and all tech/install support was given by James @ Saad Racing. Both of these gentlemen are excellent to deal with. I have to give extra props to James who always answers my emails and calls with regards to this install - there have been a lot!

    The block is not built yet and as such I will not be bothering with any dyno time. The purpose of the DIY was to understand how everything goes together in the kit and so that I am not reliant on any Shop to do work for me aside from building the motor. I expect the car to head to Saad later in the year to upgrade the internals and allow me to turn the boost up.

    I respect that you did this yourself, props. However, why not dyno it? Don't you want to see the difference when you do build the block?

    Sticky, I just saw your car on youtube - looks nice!

    I pretty much know what the car will make for power on E85 + OEM block based on the testing that Saad has done. I don't think my block is going to last much longer on boost from all the SC abuse it had and its a high miler. Also having a major SMG issue at the moment and need to do the 6MT swap. My preference is to preserve the block rather than risk throwing a rod / spinning a bearing etc.

    It won't go into gear when running. I don't want to waste any money on fixing it as SMG shift delay is a known problem in high torque M3's like the built HPF cars.

    Hello all. I’m back after a 5 year hiatus... I still have this car, but was distracted buy a couple Cadillac CTS-V’s that I have in the garage. The one that people on here may find interesting is my Coupe that has 6871’s Twins on a 434ci LSX backed with a trans braked 4L80e.

    I am finally done with this platform, planning to sell both my Sedan and Coupe to refocus on the M3.

    Update on the M3. Today it sits with a breached HG between Cyl 5 & 6. I bought the OEM BMW Cam press along with the other cam tools and will be doing some surgery soon. The car now has a 6MT along with Clutch Masters 850 triple disk.

    I am selling both of my Cadillac CTS-V’s (Sedan and Coupe). Both have brand new fresh engines. Sedan makes 800+ WHP all day long and the Coupe has made 1500 WHP on a one time pull. I am going to dyno both of these cars before selling to verify the new numbers as I’ve made various improvements on the rebuilds.
