Built motor MK3 Ford Focus RS Ecoboost 2.3 with Syvecs ECU and PT6062 turbocharger makes 755 horsepower on E85

Holy crap! This is the most powerful third generation Ford Focus RS that BoostAddict is aware of. Absolutely monster numbers out of the 2.3 liter Ecoboost turbocharged four-cylinder motor on a MAHA four-wheel drive dyno.

    Here is the build list:

    Manley rods & forged pistons
Mountune V2 cams, springs and retainers
    Devil Development ported head
    ARP M12 stud modification
    Pinned and decked block
    8 injectors (1700cc direct and 750cc port)
    Billet inlet manifold
    70mm throttle body
Precision Turbo & Engine PT6062 Gen II bb turbo
    45mm external wastegate
    Billet exhaust manifold
    Balance shaft delete
    Twin-plate clutch
Devil Developments 3.5” exhaust with decat
    Airtec Motorsport intercooler
    Oil cooler
    Flex Fuel setup
    Devil Developments custom fuel system
Syvecs Ltd Focus RS MK3 Plug in Kit

    And the result on E85R:

626 wheel horsepower on a MAHA is extremely strong. This was achieved at 2.3 bar or 33.3 psi.

On pump gas output is roughly 570 bhp with 1.8 bar or 26.1 psi of boost.

This has to be an absolute blast to drive but how in the world is the all wheel drive system staying together with this kind of power and torque? Incredible.

Staying together on a dyno doesnt really mean anything, it has to be able to stay together at the strip or on the street. I’d like to see that thing launch should be really quick.

    Agreed.

Unfortunately, that is all they provided. I'd like to see it in action too.
