Can anyone tell me why my wgdc base is higher than my wgdc after pid? Does this mean the car is constantly trying to overboost?

I'm in the UK and its pretty cold here at the moment, could it simply be that?

As ATR is tied to your access port serial #, and they generate the software versions on the fly...quite simply you can't get it without taking the class. Enjoy the class, or switch to MHD

Yup, that is if you dont already have a copy of the previous ATR which has absolutely no support, no updates. So if people want the new version of ATR with support and updates well then $$$$$
