Am I reading correctly between the lines that this is fundamentally a money situation?

You seem to feel that they owe you work towards a working car.
And they probably think that they do not owe you anything or you owe them money for work done on the car.

    Am I correct?

No, you're not correct. I'm saying I'd like a working car back now as they aren't doing anything. With what I spent this should have been ready to go years ago.

I recently also bought a bunch of parts they said they needed and still nothing is done. I think it's time to pull the plug and I think I should get back a running car at the very least considering they blew my motor.

Money has nothing to do with it as they have been paid cash in advance every single time...

I hope you have purchase agreements or invoices stating what they were supposed to be doing/building/buying for you. I would take them to the cleaners for fraud or at least loss of use and depreciation for the time they have just sat on it doing nothing.

It sucks it has come to this. I had a 13 M3 and all I know is it would have been an absolute monster with twin turbos. Too bad.

I have all the invoices and bank statements. Hopefully we can avoid court but whatever. I'm over this.

Just letting you guys know we are going in a different direction. No more turbos or an insane stroker build.

If someone wants to do that, go ahead. The car will be awesome and most importantly reliable and done in a timely fashion.

Smart move. These projects (turbo's) take time as it is on a stock set-up. Still using the chromoly bedplate?

Smart move. Just sucks about all the wasted time and money on what ended up being something that could have been done years ago.
Which supercharger are you going with now? The one you had for sale previously?

I would hope gintani would give you some of the money back or at least put it back to how it was for free at this point...
Since you could argue this car has been a "marketing device" for this site can you at least deduct some of these expenses as business expense?

I think we have a fair deal but of course they have to deliver.

I also think the car will impress. It isn't going to be some insane monster but it is going to be very quick. More than enough to handle N54's Click here to enlarge

At this point even if it was a completely stock car it would be 1000x times better than no car at all lol.
Beat the hell out of it and enjoy it regardless of the power it has.
