Well it's not me that's backing off the throttle. The car is doing it and it is quite sudden. The rpm gauge bounces down and its harsh.
That's weird because the accelerator pedal position is going down over a few logging points (not instantly but as it would if backing off). Start by sorting the severe slow and low boost (boost leak or blocked cat) and the other issue will probably just go.
