With the RENNtech ECU+ Upgrade the M276 - 43 AMG gains up to +41 HP and +62 LB-FT, based on power numbers measured by RENNtech. Please note that the Mercedes M276 engine performance when measured, obtains higher numbers than rated from factory. The maximum power number reached with the RENNtech ECU+ Upgrade for the M276 - 43 AMG is 416 HP and 460 LB-FT.

We are seeing more and more tunes for the M276 DELA30 motor. The W205 C43 AMG 4Matic which is essentially the new version of the C450 Sport. The car has 362 horsepower and 384 lb-ft of torque as rated by Mercedes.

The Renntech baseline dyno shows the car is slightly underrated as they calculate the crank output at 375 horsepower and 398 lb-ft of torque. The wheel output is measured at 311 horsepower and 330 lb-ft of torque.

Renntech's ECU flash tune bumps this to 345 all wheel horsepower and 382 lb-ft of torque at all four wheels. In other words, over 400 crank horsepower and a large torque increase.

Not bad for just an ECU tune without any supporting mods. It will be interesting to see if these get over 400 all wheel horsepower with just basic bolt ons.

It is available for all of the 43 AMG models except the new E43 AMG which has larger turbochargers.

This is shaping up to be a fun car. The only problem is it's easy to price it into,"might as well get a c63, M3, ATS-V, Alfa..." range.
