Wait, wait, wait, spool - 1000+ hp single turbo Supra vs. Lamborghini Huracan

We all know single turbo MKIV Supras have a reputation for being stout highway cars. Why? Because they need some time to stretch their legs and show what their top end pull is truly capable of. This video illustrates that aspect except in an exaggerated fashion.

Even a quadruple digit Supra around 1000 horses should not take this long to get going especially if the driver is familiar with the car. This Supra takes an eternity to get into boost and the shifting is not exactly great either.

In the past owners would offset this with nitrous but modern turbochargers are much better with spool time especially when at highway speeds.

Either this owner does not know how to build boost, has an ancient setup, was in the wrong gear, can't drive, or all of the above.
