HELP! Smoking, studdering, shaking and codes after aggressive driving

Whats up. Trying to help a friend diagnose this issue. The car is a 2009 N54 135i 6MT with standard RB turbos, silicone inlets, Fuel it PI + Stage 3 lpfp running full e85 with a flash only tune.. Aic 6. Car was running beautifully for a long time, and then after a few recent pulls (with an APR stg2 s4) the car began to shake violently under load at any RPM. Luckily we happened to be near a friends shop and pulled right in. The tech there is having trouble diagnosing the root cause.. so I am looking for opinions. The car smokes out of the exhaust, and the blow off valve, and it "puffs" smoke when you open up the oil cap on the engine cover. Here are a few logs from this morning. Problem seems to have gotten worse.

What is the color of the smoke coming out of the exhaust ?

How does the coolant look in the reservoir ?
