    and put another pulley/wheel here were the 8mm bolt is,, to get as much touch/grip on the crankwheel

    i had the water pulley remade so i can run 1 belt instead of 2

    lots of oil lines.....

    a) 1 ,,main feed from pump to Accumulator.. pressure
    b) 1 from accumulator to mastercylinder feed,, pressure
    c) 1 from accumulator to steering box,, feed,, pressure
    d) 1 from accumulator to oil carrier,, reverse
    e) 1 from mastercylinder to oil carrier .. reverse
    f) 1 from oil carrier to pump,, reverse,, big one
    g) 1 from oil carrier to steering box,, reverse


    got it ???????

    all lines are high pressure and covered with stainless steel sleeve



    the oil lubrication carrier,, i had to make new lines from flex steel hose,,

    The engine is the least problem,, to fit it is SO MUCH space,,around ,, remember the M70 is similar in lenght to M20/50

    the radiator must be ultra thin,, IN MY CASE,,, i have 4.5cm or 1and 5/8" for space

    and as all oils go in to the engine from left,, it is the space beside the engine from left that is the main problem,, but it will fit

    Well,,,,,,,, as i have owned this car for 10 years,, it have been through LOTs of adventures... as on the Ring.. the rigidity,, is actually PRETTY BAD,, i had crossbar under the front subframe .. and also between struts,, and it helped a lot.. but

    my opinion is that an E30 convertible is actually a 3 pcs car.. front of doors,, the doors and behind doors,, so the flex is so much more vs 2 or4 door E30........ i have been reading that the BEST UPGRADE is if you put a Hardtop on ,, then the rigidity between window frame and the body have been tightened as close as an 2 door car,, so the constructon is semi like,, but be aware,, that a convertible is like 150kg,, or 3300 lbs more in weight vs 2/4 door

    with the S38B38+G280 gearbox,, half tank of petrol,, sparetire,, the car was 1450 kg,, or 3200 lbs........ 13.28 @ 107 on 17" street tires

    What helps with the V12 is that the engine is 60° ,, i wonder why BMW didnt had the S85 as 72°

    but to be honest ,, i think S85 is the greatest oem BMW engine swap that can be done in to an E30

    Well,,,,,,,, the exhaust is finally done....... at a hefty price ouich


    it was narrow but my man did it well,,, stainless all the way from oem manifold to the end.....
    from manifold,, 2 x 42.4mm tubes and bends were used ,, and then in to 63.5mm

    4 flange 8mm 316ss were made,, an X-PIPE and just 1 rear muffler + lots of bending and many meters of pipes
