Bolt on Gen V Viper vs. PP-Performance tuned M157 E63/CLS63 AMG, tuned McLaren MP4-12C, Aventador, and SLS AMG
This bolt on modified Gen V Viper in the videos below is quite impressive. There is good driving to go with it as the owner shifts cleanly and quickly. Previously, we saw a bolt on Gen V Viper beat a PP-Performance tuned CLS63 AMG from a roll and some fanboys doubted the outcome.
Well, this bolt on Viper runs not one but two tuned M157 AMG's from PP-Performance.
Let's start with the CLS63 AMG said to be a stage 2 PP-Performance tune. The Viper makes easy work of it as they dodge (pardon the pun) traffic:
The E63 is said to have the RS850 PP-Performance package with upgraded turbos. The Viper makes easy work of it as well:
How about a Mercedes-AMG GT S? Considering the car is stock this race favors the Viper. The AMG GT S gets the hit in the first run. It is quickly overtaken and passed. The second run has a lot of traffic and isn't very clean but the Viper pulls again:
Does a tuned SLS AMG fare any better? Nope. The Viper spanks it too:
With the AMG's all getting mopped up surely an Aventador will do better? Guess again. The nice thing at least is that this video has honks denoting the start of the race. It doesn't matter, Viper comes out on top yet again:
The only real challenger to the Viper is a tuned McLaren MP4-12C. The McLaren does not have a passenger but the Viper does. In the first video it is pretty much door to door with the McLaren appearing to edge.
In the second run it looks like the Viper jumps and holds off the McLaren.
Overall, this goes to show how potent a bolt on Gen V Dodge Viper is as if this point needs reinforcing yet again.
The videos themselves leave a lot to be desired as honks would be much appreciated as would steady camera angles from mounted GoPro's. What we get is a lot of head turning making for jumpy vids so these are not the best but it's still easy to tell the Viper is a beast.

I don't think Mercedes is on the same level as the Viper regarding performance. I mean, Vipers are running low 9's in the 1/4 all motor.
