535i e60 could overtake m5 e60? On rb turbo or vargas turbo (without methanol).

With hybrids + E85 no comparison unless the M5 is full Boltons even then you would probaby win. Depends on what gas you can run though.

What modifications can drive around m5 without methanol and e85? Methanol and e85 is not available in my country.

i am fbo no meth 535xi ran map7 about 7gallons e85 and i walked m5 up to about 100...after that dont know what would happen on stock turbos but that v10 has a strong top end...

In that case you need RB's and inlets... Race gas would help LOT. You'll also need port injection. With that you could be pretty sure you'll win.
