Car has been sitting for a month
Recently I had to send my headlights out to get some work done on them and after about a month of waiting I finally have them back in. However, my car has been sitting for the whole time the lights were gone and I haven't been able to drive it. Is there anything I should do before starting it up again? I was told by a friend I should probably turn the engine by hand first. Car is a 2008 BMW 335i if that matters. Thanks in advance for any help!

Car was sitting for 5 weeks when turbo kit was being built and designed. Car was sitting for 4 weeks when Spec messed up my clutch and I had to wait for them to send it back. So I don't think you'd have to do anything. It will start up right away.

Beat me to it lol But yah my car sites for months at a time with no issues. I wouldn't worry about it.

You will be find, worse case your battery could be weak so when you get in start it up right away.
