Nice vid here of 1/2 mile roll races with some tuned cars, and a ZX14 Kawasaki. Stock ZX14 traps about 180MPH, similar to what modern liter-class bikes would do:

Aha Ender himself! That M3 was fast, 800WHP.
Point of the video is anybody thinks they are truly faster on a roll or in the 1/4 mile than a modern superbike better be jacked up way more than that Supra. Heck a 1200HP Veryon can't put down a s100rr BMW, there are tons of vids out there confirming this basic fact:

Yep, there is a HP4 version that is faster, and the new 2015 regular version is also upgraded. But the gap between top tier liter bikes is not that wide, Duc 1199s etc. are all not that far behind. New R1 looks like a beast too and the "old" one is just a few tics off best in breed. New Duc coming out too. Heck Kaw H2 300HP supercharged, look out.
Anyway point is dead stock modern superbike of any make vs modded car, on a roll, car better be absurdly fast. Like Veryon or Alpha 12 GTR etc. Unless you can hit 180 MPH or so in 1/2 mile rolls, and then you're just going to barely tie. And 1/4 mile unless you've got mid 9 sec or faster.

Oh man I would absolutely love the opportunity to run one of my bikes against those cars on an airstrip. Although I doubt I would have any traction on my faster bikes as that runway is very dusty
