    Mercedes Benz at SEMA

I was shocked to see that Mercedes Benz had their own booth at the SEMA show. It only had vans in it but Renntech had a van all done up in it. It was pretty ugly though and the workmanship was pretty bad. It looked like Street Glow built it.

There was another van built by Garmin that was really really clean looking and professional, Renntech should learn from Garmin.

I guess some Fire Department built a van too, it was awesome. It had huge brakes on it, and all type of fire fighting equipment installed in it.

I hope someone posts some pictures from the Mercedes booth on here.

I saw that van as it was getting built up but only for a moment as I was distracted by a newish CLS that just dyno'd 850hp. Of course, my attention was on that particular car. When I saw the van it was getting fit with big subwoofers on the side. It looked like an interesting project. It's going to be crushed shortly anyway...

Do you have the mod details or the dyno sheet?

Why would I have the dyno sheet?

I didn't care enough to ask about the mods. I admit I AM curious - especially about whether the turbos were stock or not. But I'm just assuming they're not. I really don't have any idea...

I feel like I'm in the Twilight Zone. Maybe next time I should ask for the dyno sheet?

edit: I know where this is going. Feel free to edit my statement to read, "I was distracted by a newish CLS that just allegedly dyno'd 850hp".
