Porsche's classy response to their 2014 Le Mans letdown - Porsche congratulates Audi

Audi took home yet another 24 Hours of Le Mans title this year dashing Porsche's hopes of a victory in their return. Porsche had a 16 year absence from challenging for the overall Le Mans title and spent several years developing their 919 Hybrid LMP1 car which they hoped would unseat Audi. It was not meant to be due to technical difficulties although Porsche did put up a fight and did lead the race at one point.

Porsche offered up this video response to the 2014 24 Hours of Le Mans effort. Porsche states, 'You can lose a challenge as long as you battle courageously.' You can not always win but you can lose with dignity and come back to fight another day.

Great sportsmanship from Porsche here who says their respect goes out to Audi even though Audi taunted them a bit. Well done Porsche, well done.
