997.2 turbo vs. ZR1 drag race

Porsche runs impressive 11.2 et but 125 trap which is lower than the ZR1's almost 127. 911 is manual, I would expect the PDK to be faster.

Cool comparo. The 0--60 porsche time is soo impressive... but engine failure... not so much. To bad, I would've like to see the mile although I'm sure the vette is faster in that department.

The Vette is definitely faster in the mile, but would have liked to see it as well.

I think they made this match up based on price... and also because the 911 Turbo and the ZR1 are the fastest of their own breed without having to dip into your pockets for the 911 GT2 RS ... which costs more than $200,000

Blew both turbos? That's not very encouraging.
