I will definitely keep you in mind if I have any questions after buying mine . Not sure if I will be getting on fchat that much . I really enjoy the BMW and Mercedes community and the crowd that gathers around them . You always have a few crazies on every forum but seems like fchat would have more than it's fare share . I have never been on there but from what I have seen of some Ferrari owners , they really think highly of themselves because of the car . I will never consider myself better than anyone because of what I drive . I think it makes a person a giant jacka55 .
TIME TO MOVE ON !

Awesome car. My father in law had one. I got to drive it whenever I wanted, it was raw, loud, fast and just mean overall. In the end he sold it for a regular 430 because he wanted more creature comforts. This is the ultimate weekend car imo, something to just take out and rip when you want to. I love it

I've been looking at the Scuds for sale for over a year now. I'll be at least three to four years till I could hope to own one, but there's no harm in dreaming, right?
Major props to you man, gorgeous car. Red, Black, and white are my favorite colors on these scuds. My preference changes with my mood haha but congratulations on the nice addition, I'm truly jealous.
Now some questions...If you don't mind sharing, how many miles? was the dealer willing to play ball at all? I'm sure I'll have more questions for ya haha

Unfortunately you are right. However, for each crazy there is an awesome guy too. You just have to laugh at the crazies. I'm very interested to see how my ownership goes over at the PVGP. Pittsburgh is not a very presumptuous town, but I'm prepared to laugh in anyone's face that acts like a turd.

Thanks man! You might be surprised at how comfortable it is with the suspension on soft on a long trip. Still it is best enjoyed at the limit I think. It's really hard to press it on the street as you probably know. My original intent was to trailer it places but now I see myself driving it to tracks and back.

Absolutely they will deal. Fchat has this calculator that member f430gt came up w after studying the scud market. It seems really accurate at least right now. I paid within 1k of what the formula said it was worth which was around 10k less than asking. Dealers are only giving owners 130-150k on scud trades for awesome scuds. Then they list them for 185 or so. There is a lot of room to negotiate in there. In my case the car was on consignment so not as much room. Also it was kind of the perfect car for me and I wasn't going to nickel and dime. It had just under 8k miles on it. If you get into the 20k mile plus scuds they are listed in the 160s right now. If you don't mind one with a body correction or a little mishap then you can push down into the 130s or 140s. Below that there is upward pressure since the 360 CS's are bringing 120 to 130. If you are patient I think you can get a great deal. I lost my patience ; )
