McLarenBoost member takes his stock MP4-12C to the dragstrip and runs a 10.6 @ 135

The MP4-12C is simply damn fast stock. A great pass here from McLarenBoost member AWD75 who with his bone stock MP4-12C managed a 10.6 @ 135 1/4 mile run. This certainly explains how this stock MP4-12C was able to embarrass an ESS supercharged DCT M3 in a roll on race.

The MP4-12C is a 135 mile per hour car stock with the 616 horsepower ECU update. This is not a magazine trap speed, this is real world dragstrip performance. @AWD75 intends to go back out on the strip with drag rubber (yep, he even ran street tires), an upgraded ecu, race gas, and exhaust system.

This thing will get into the 9's with plenty of room to spare. All hail the MP4-12C.

We also measured some 60-130 times with vbox mini. The best time was 6.7sec with 2 person in the car!

I dont think its that easy to go 5.XX sec 60-130, but with tune/exhaust/lighter wheels & tires/race gas should be around low 6 high 5 sec range.
