The increase in piping size decreases back pressure allowing the 135i’s turbo charge to spool even faster resulting in increased horsepower and torque throughout the entire RPM range. Our engineering team also incorporated the Active Autowerke SIGNATURE MuffleR in this new GEN II to assist in reducing/eliminating drone in the BMW 135i exhaust even more than our previous GEN I. Manufactured from 100% polished 304 stainless steel, true bolt on system.

How does it sound in cabin? Any drone?

Not on the car we tried on at least. Very similar to that of a BMW PE exhaust.

Our downpipes on an N55 135i, it also has our GEN II exhaust.
