AR Design Bombproof gasket failure

If you are running an overly rich tune, or have high EGTs you will nuke your cats.

Also my AR gaskets have failed as well, and am using muffler cement. Will be trying RBTurbos gasket kit which I think is just OE gaskets when I do my turbo upgrade.

It's a known issue with the AR catted downpipes - the cats work, but they loose a little effeciency in the first couple months and then on post 29.2 software they start throwing codes as they are a little out of spec as far as the software is concerned - happens to every set of them. They would get you through a tailpipe sniffer emissions test, but OBDII finds them out of spec. I should have just got catless, but at the time of purchase years ago, AR didn't know about the issue yet - now they are quite clear about it on their website.
