Vargas Stg. 3 On 335ix?
Hello, I'm looking to do this upgrade on my N54 335ix, what power levels should I expect on pure 91 octane with just a turboback exhaust and intake in addition to it? Thanks!

Ummmm.... 1st off if you're gonna run any aftermarket turbo setup, you're going to need at least a Tune w/ Flash Capabilities (whether you just use COBB or stack tunes), an Intake, Front Mount Intercooler, an Upgraded Clutch if you're MT, and (if using Stage 2s) Aftermarket Charge Pipe, BOV/DVs & Catless DPs .
Since you're looking at Stage 3s, that will include the Aftermarket Charge Pipe & DPs, so you'll need to source all those parts I listed above and a BOV or DVs. On strict 91, you'll probably see high 500 WHP/low 600 WHP depending on what specific turbos you go with.2018 Mercedes-Benz E63 S AMG (W213)

If you don't know the answer to that question this is not the upgrade for you. @benzy89 did give you some good starting points. I would honestly do more research and or search the multiple forums containing tons of posts on this topic before posting more threads asking these types of questions. No offense.

Thanks for the response guys, but LOL I meant in addition to the required components I would have those. Jesus... I'm not going to run a bigger turbo w/o a tune or a downpipe... I mean obviously a new clutch and etc, etc. What I meant was I don't want to run anything I don't have to.
I was really just looking for suggestions on sizing, I tried contacting vargas but never got a reply. Also I don't really want to go with anything less than a custom tune, I think I would go to Bren or another respected tuner for it.

HERE you go
What power you could produce completely depends on which specific turbo you're shopping... Strict 91 is really gonna limit your power, especially if you're not gonna have a Meth or Race/E85 tune.
If you're just shopping the VTT VTR options, the 28/28R are the best cost/performance options. If you're considering the 2871R, you might as well go with the VTX-R60 and get a much better turbo2018 Mercedes-Benz E63 S AMG (W213)

Thank you very much! Sorry for being so vague, I thought it was implied in my original post that I meant in addition to the required mods I would go full catback and intake but upon rereading it ya I looked like am imbecile! Haha.
Are there any good threads to look at for the most HP on an internally stock N54 with 91? Honestly I'm finding different numbers all over the place and it's not helping

Best way to find numbers regarding the Vargas Stage 3s are look at VargasTurboTech's & the ProTuning Freaks guys thread listings. Here's a thread from back in March on strict 91 octane numbers running the VTT VTX-R63 Garrett GTX-R 2863R turbos, put down 572 WHP & 537 WTQ.
Keep in mind that Tony has redesigned the manifold with the help of DOC Race (99% sure on that) to improve spool, which should also yield a bump in power.2018 Mercedes-Benz E63 S AMG (W213)
