Gotta be a little more specific with which wheel you're looking to replace the barrels on
2018 Mercedes-Benz E63 S AMG (W213)

Seeing as the manufacturer is likely the only one to make the barrels for their rims I would suggest starting there.
I would be interested in the cost. my guess is 1/3-1/4 the cost of the rim.

Well the bolt holes would have to match up.
Your best bet is really to call DPE and ask them yourself.
