    Bypass valve issues, suggestions?

So right now im fighting my kevlar bypass valve on my whipple. Easing into boost sometimes the srping doesnt want to push the rod forward to close the valve in the whipple. If i give it a slight punch the instant loss in engine vaccum seems to do that trick...but gradually decreasing the vacuum wont cause the spring to pop. Im considering buying another kevlar bypass valve and sending it out to someone who can put a stronger/heavier spring in it which should fix the problem....a spring that will pop when engine vacuum is like -3 not 0....i got burst knock a couple days ago and the thing leaned out to 14.8 for a sec and backfired like it was an episode of rescue me...lol...car is fine...just needs that bypass redone....any suggestions?

is this a whipple part, or sourced by whiplle from someone else, or just an additional part that the vendor you bought it from added to it?

Take a cell pic if you can, you cant text it to me if easier. But id like to see what we are talking about

this may sound crazy but have you tried loosing the mounting bolts near that bypass? The binding could be from that. I say this because it binds when motor is not even running. Mine does not do that.
