100% E85 woes, maxing STFT @ 1.55 scalar and going lean - HALP!!

Not likely, the DME is smart enough to run 100% duty cycle when low pressure is under target. It's a simple PID system. I suspect a boost-a-pump or in tank solution would help here. Although, it may just be a case of his pump needing to be replaced, needing a new filter, ethanol somehow hurting a seal causing an internal pressure leak, etc.

Well if it’s anything like WG PID… hmmm, jk. I understand what you are saying, but when you see pressure fluctuating and HP rising (gasoline log) this doesn’t make much sense to me. It looks not to be constant full voltage even though its way under target. You’ve scoped it before right? I bet BT can log voltage to the pump.

Yes, spent some time with it. You can log it via BT too or just connect a multimeter and look at RMS voltage. Should be around 13.8v @ full load.
