Gone modding past warranty... Stock N54 parts for sale.
Hey Guys,
I have several stock parts coming off my car soon when I have all my upgrades installed by Vivid racing from June 14th through the 21st. With these mods I have taken my car past the point of spending an afternoon going back to stock for warranty claims, so I am going to sell all of my stock parts. The parts will be ready to ship as soon as I get back from Arizona.
My car is a 2008 BMW 135i with sport package with ~19k miles on it. Many parts are the same between all n54 cars though.
Here's a list of the parts:
-Stock intake with filter that's around 4k miles old
-Stock Intercooler
-Stock Catted dowpipes
-Stock catted midpipes
-Stock springs and shocks
-Stock diverter valves
-Stock chargepipe
-OEM steering column cover
Make an offer... Please don't lowball me though as I know what most of these parts go for on the forum.
Thanks for looking,
Brett

Good luck, nice to see you aren't counting on the warranty to bail you out, I like that.

What parts are you going with? Is Vivid hooking you up? I've priced out a couple things through them but they have a huge mark up and want an ungodly hourly rate for service.

Did you decide to go with Vivid because they are local? Some bad stories about vividracing are out there.

No, but I have family out there 10 minutes away from vivid. I decided to take a vacation and get my car done there while I'm there. Being there the whole time, and having terry do the tuning remotely makes me pretty comfortable with the situation.
I would like to point out even at excellent shops, nobody will ever be satisfied, and mistakes do happen. Unhappy customers are a lot more vocal than happy ones. Having worked at a shop, you see "customers" come on forums that haven't even bought anything from you and tell a bad sales experience.Last edited by rcracer_tx; 05-31-2010 at 08:20 PM.
