Best Motoring: Lexus LF-A vs. Porsche GT2 RS vs. Corvette ZR-1 vs. Nissan GTR vs. Ferrari F430 RSD
Here is what should be an epic comparison. Problem is this is Best Motoring from Japan and there are Japanese cars involved. Like every Best Motoring video, a Japanese car wins. To make matters worse, the 911 GT2RS was driven by someone who misshifted not once but twice at critical points. The ZR-1 also was driven by an old lady on a leisurely tour of the road course not someone trying to win a race. The best drivers always seem to be put into the Japanese cars. Also, with unequal drivers all racing at the same time it makes this comparison pretty much worthless. We never were fans of Best Motoring and are not surprised it was cancelled with this being the last feature.

The grid for their races are done on time attack laps.
The slowest lap time(LFA) gets pole position.
The Porsche was the quickest, it just has a lot of cars to pass in such a short race and small track.

I liked their subjective reviews a lot, watch their comparison of the E92 M3 and the IS-F for a great example of how they test each setting in both cars in depth. They eventually said the IS-F couldn't really compete with the M3.Their races are entertaining, I guess, but horrible for spreading misinformation because people think the results are somehow valid. I nearly got an ulcer when I saw this episode from yelling at the GT2 RS driver.

U'm a fan of the Best Motoring videos early on as they drove the snot out the cars and the Touge Challenges would get bonkers sometimes. But like those British Chaps overseas some cars just never get a fair shake. Often I feel its a skill issue and they just can handle the car IMO
We stay swingin...
