    OVERBOOST HELP

At high boost getting an overboost, car hesitates until it goes into limp mode , I'm pretty sure it's a vacuum leak, checked both bov and stock diverter valves looks OK to me, but happens with both sometime after 11 psi , is there anyway to do a vacuum leak test in the shop ? besides just looking at the hoses ? Maybe it's my wastegate actuators ? How can I check ? This drives me $#@!ing crazy !!!!! :mad0259::confused2Click here to enlarge tried IT WITH NEW OLD AND EVEN OLDER MAPS so I doubt the tune is causing it

fmic, dps, mufflers, cp-bov , intakes , meth - tank is off ( for the past 6 months ) , occ, procede , cp - bov was the last thing I did , thought it was the problem, took it off and put stock cp with dv's and same thing , I'm thinkng maybe the O ring needs to be changed on the throttle body connections ?

you need to do leak test . What settings are you running ? try to post a screen shot of the user adjustable parameters and the codes you are getting.

If you had a vacuum leak you would be getting under boost codes for failure to achieve target. Over boost codes I would remove the tune and drive it...you might have a stuck closed waste gate.

It was the wastegate, but I might of had 2 problems, wastegates and the boost leak, because since I've removed the procede I got the under boost code, could that code be for wastegates as well ? if let's say they open and don't close all the way or something ? or boost leak only can cause that code ? Thanks ( I've reused the same o-ring like 5 times on the charge pipe so I've ordered a new one from BMW just in case, DIC maps on procede were causing the problem with my wastegates, however on the previous maps it didn't happen, but I might of abused my wastegates that I need new ones now IDK !!!

you might have a wastegate not closing . This has happened to a friend of mine , underboost codes, both turbos replaced.

Is there a check valve on your meth kit? Is the line still connected might be leaking from there
