Stock N54 turbo + inlets + E50 + EMP Tuning = 500 whp?

After that Doc Race dyno from EMP Tuning I started poking around some of the stuff EMP does and came across this:

Stock turbos that were freshly rebuilt with inlets, outlets, stage 2 pump on E50, FBO and 23 psi.

You guys know better than I do but aren't these some pretty bold claims?

Notice again the graph has no no correction factor, air fuel, boost, etc.
