So I ripped the back seat and found the lpfp power wires were burnt. It was crimp together before by whoever installed it for me and the part where it was crimp basically melted and got stuck to each other. I unplugged the connector to the lpfp and it was corroded the shielded was rip apart and he wires were green and corroded. I replaced the power wire and got a used ekpm3 module and coded and no more rail pressure dip and afr was back in line and trims were in checked. So conclusion I got bad resistance to the lpfp and maybe the ekpm was acting up but replacing those two items fixed my issued. Thanks for all the help guys.
Just saw the follow up. Glad you figured it out and reported back.
